Ban on mass gatherings (please refrain from creating crowds)
Restriction of the pilgrimage area with entry control via metal detectors and queues for access (similar to airport security checks).
Prohibition on the movement of weapons and explosives
Ban on the use of pyrotechnics
Ban on vehicle entry into the pilgrimage zone
Ban on alcohol sales
Prohibition of movement within the pilgrimage area on kick scooters, motor scooters, quad bikes, and trikes.
Ban on the sale of pyrotechnic products, as well as air guns, knives, and toy weapons.
PLEASE NOTE that you must carry an identity document (passport) with you when moving about the streets or visiting public places.
PLEASE NOTE that a curfew is in effect from 00:00 to 04:00
It is prohibited to be on the streets or in other public places between midnight and 4:00 a.m., except when proceeding to a shelter during an air raid alert.
Violators of the curfew may face administrative liability in the form of a fine, followed by forced expulsion from Ukraine and a three-year ban on entry.
PLEASE NOTE that movement within the territory of Ukraine during the curfew—from 00:00 to 04:00 (times may vary in certain regions)—is prohibited. The movement of vehicles not escorted by Patrol Police or State Security Service vehicles may be restricted.
