The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has published recommendations regarding Ukraine’s border crossing points for Hasidic pilgrims planning to travel to Uman for the Rosh Hashanah celebrations.
To ensure a convenient and safe border crossing, the following border crossing points are recommended for travelers by car:
on the Ukrainian-Moldovan section of the border, the checkpoints

- “Mayaki – Udobne – Palanka,”

- “Starokozache – Tudora,”

- “Mogyliv-Podilskyi – Otach”
On the Ukrainian-Romanian section of the state border, the following border crossing points:

- “Porubne – Siret,”

- “Dyakivtsi – Rakovets,”

- “Krasnoilsk – Vico de Sus”;
on the Ukrainian-Hungarian section of the state border:

- the “Chop (Tisa) – Zakhon” border crossing point;
on the Ukrainian-Polish section of the state border, the following border crossing points:
