"eCherga" — Which Border Crossings Offer the Service and How to Use It

“eCherga” has launched in Ukraine—a service designed to help international carriers cross the border quickly. To use the service, you need to sign up for the electronic queue, arrive at the border crossing at the specified time, and go through customs without unnecessary delays. Use of the “eCherga” electronic service is free of charge.

At which border crossing points is “eCherga” available?

The rollout of the “e-Queue” electronic service began at the “Yagodin–Dorohusk” border crossing. Today, “e-Queue” is already operational at 16 international border crossings along the Ukrainian border.

How can a bus driver sign up for “eCherga”?

• • Go to the “eCherga” website and click “Join the Queue”;

• • Select “Bus” and click “Join the Queue”;

• • Select a border crossing point;

• • Fill in the driver’s and bus information;

• • Check all the information you entered and confirm your action;

• • Drive to the border crossing at the specified time, go through inspection, and cross the border.
    Please note that you can change the driver’s or vehicle’s information once. In this case, your place in line will be saved.
