Today, the National Police of Ukraine presented a certificate of appreciation to Iryna Rybnytska, executive director of the charitable organization “Uman Historical and Cultural Center Foundation,” for her active cooperation in organizing and conducting the Rosh Hashanah celebrations in Uman.
Iryna Rybnytska, for her part, thanked representatives of the National Police, the National Guard, the State Emergency Service, and other agencies who, as part of a joint task force, ensured public order and safety during the mass events.
“I sincerely thank everyone who worked in Uman during these days. The high level of professionalism, responsibility, and coordinated interaction among law enforcement officers and rescue workers helped ensure that the pilgrimage took place peacefully and safely,” noted Iryna Rybnytska.
Thanks to the joint efforts of all the services involved, the Rosh Hashanah celebrations took place in an organized, peaceful, and safe manner.

The foundation also expressed gratitude for the high praise of its work and thanked American donors and representatives of the Hasidic community, thanks to whose support the Charitable Organization “Uman Historical and Cultural Center Foundation” has been involved in organizing the pilgrimage for the third consecutive year.
The foundation will continue to work to ensure that the pilgrims’ stay in Uman is comfortable and safe, and that the interaction between the city’s guests, law enforcement, service providers, and the Uman community remains harmonious and constructive.
