The Ministry of Foreign Affairs\u2019 press service<\/a> has issued this warning.<\/p>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs notes that due to the full-scale war, Russian missile strikes, attacks on civilian and transportation infrastructure, sabotage, and provocations, the security situation in Ukraine remains complex.<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
For this reason, the Ukrainian side urges pilgrims to assess the risks in advance and to be aware that it is currently impossible to guarantee full safety for foreign citizens on Ukrainian territory.<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
If visiting Uman, pilgrims must comply with all rules established under martial law.<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
These include, in particular:<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
restrictions on freedom of movement;
\r\ncurfew;
\r\nincreased patrolling;
\r\na ban on mass events and gatherings;
\r\nthe requirement to comply with the instructions of law enforcement officers and other authorized services.<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
Individuals who fail to comply with the established restrictions may face the enforcement measures provided for by law.<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
<\/p>\r\n
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also emphasizes that when planning a trip, travelers should take into account possible delays along their routes, overcrowded transportation, and risks associated with shelling of transportation infrastructure.<\/p>\r\n
